Before The Big Rig - with Sheila is a class 1A prep program dedicated to helping individuals prepare for class 1A licensing in Canada. The program offers resources covering pre-melt requirements, terminology, basic air brakes, backing, and guidance for newcomers, with a focus on inclusivity, particularly for women. It features online courses structured into three tiers based on demand, leveraging the instructor's 20 years of experience as a female trucker and 6 years as a certified class 1A instructor in Saskatchewan.

Meet Our Instructors

Sheila Johnson

Sheila Johnson is the lead instructor at Before The Big Rig - with Sheila. With two decades of experience as a female trucker and six years as a certified class 1A instructor in Saskatchewan, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the program.

John Smith

John Smith is a seasoned professional truck driver with extensive experience in long-haul transportation. As an instructor, he is dedicated to sharing his insights and skills with aspiring class 1A license holders.
